RETURNS
All sales are final on ALL items.

We strive for excellence in customer service and quality products. Each item is inspected before it leaves our studio. However, we realize that sometimes things happen.
​
If you receive a defective item, you may exchange it, if it is in stock, or receive a store credit. You must initiate the process within seven (7) days of receipt. You will have an additional seven (7) days for us to receive the item back. After 14 days from the point of delivery, no exchanges or store credits shall be considered or accepted.

Purchases made from a gift certificate will be refunded by online store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION, THERE WILL BE AN AUTOMATIC $20 RESTOCKING FEE DEDUCTED FROM THE 'STORE CREDIT' YOU WOULD BE ENTITLED TO.

Buyer is responsible for contacting lifeslittlebuttons@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.​

What brand of T-shirts do you use?We use gildan, jerzees, and Bella + Canvas, hanes t-shirts, and next level.. Sometimes our distributor may be out of stock of a certain shirt so we will use a substitute that is very similar.

What sizes do you carry?We carry Small - 3XL but it depends on the shirt style and supplier availability. Youth sizes S - XL

What printing methods do you use for your apparel?We utilize screen printing, vinyl, glitter vinyl, sublimation, direct to garment and white toner printing methods. We will select the best printing method for your order based on the garment and quantity.

Are there specific care instructions for your apparel?Wash inside out with cold water on a gentle wash cycle with like colors. Do not use bleach or fabric softener Tumble dry low or hang dry Do not iron the image. Turn the shirt inside out to iron.

What's your turnaround/processing time?PROCESSING TIME is the time it will take us to create, by hand, your unique item. All orders are made to order, not pre-made. The day the order is placed is day 0. The next business day is day 1. T-shirts and apparel- 4-5 business days Custom Gift and Accessories 5-7 business days Masks- 3-5 business days Bulk orders on any item- 7-10 business days
